Payment Policy

Booking and confirming service procedure:

Customers choose the desired product. We allow customers to review, supplement, modify and confirm the transaction content. However, customers have to express agreement with the General Transaction Terms and Conditions before making any payments to lock the given offer. To have the order to be confirmed quickly, customers should provide correct and complete information regarding delivery or the terms and conditions of the promotion (if any) in that you participate.

The transaction process consists of five following steps:

Whenever you want to book a travel service through Pahadi Bakra, we will help you to make the order in simple and convenient steps:

Step 1: Contact us for information
Step 2: Select the package as per your desired services mentioned in the brochure provided by Us
Step 3: Check Email and Mobile text for payment link/details messages of the service that has just been set

Step 4: Choose the form of payment
– Credit card or ATM card
As soon as customers choose to pay for the booking services by credit card or ATM card, the total cost will be mentioned and sent through an email or text message. As for credit cards, based on the currency in the card and card issuing terms, you will be charged for exchange rates and other fees with the consent of you, as the Card Member, and your card provider.
– Direct Deposit in Company’s Bank Account
You can also visit the bank branch or use Internet / Mobile banking services or other services to make a direct deposit in Our bank account.
Step 5: Get confirmation of successful booking service via email /Watsapp / Call

 

Regulations and forms of payment:

1. Payment method
We accept payment in the following forms:
a) Payment via bank transfer:
The total amount that customers have to pay will be confirmed by the sales staff of PB. The payment will be transferred to us company’s Bank account. The sales staff will make payment procedures and issue tickets to customers via email / watsapp.

B) Online payment:
Once the Customers choose and finalize the tour, we share a link via Email or text SMS where customers can select an online payment method, transfer payment via payment gateway (RazorPay), and follow instructions. After paying successfully, you will be back to the confirmation by our team.

2. Order confirmation
Booking confirmation
All services can be considered confirmed only after you receive a letterhead stating the same with an Invoice (Will be provided only after full payment has been made) and confirmation through email or WhatsApp or a call from our team.

 

Return and cancellation policy:

· 25% cancellation of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher.
· 30% cancellation of the package cost before 30 days of the traveling date.
· 50% cancellation of the package cost before 15 days of the traveling date.
· 100% cancellations before 10 days of the travels date.
· 10% amount is non-refundable at any point, if the customer cancels his/her booking because of reasons like Illness, personal problems death, accident or No Shows amount will be deducted according to the policy.
· Also Note that all cancellations must have interacted in writing via Email else it will be considered unvalid. You must send an email on info@PahadiBakra.com.

 

Other Terms:

1. Price
We reserve the right to request payment of fees or charges for any Service provided by Us. You will pay all applicable fees, as described on the Website related to the Services of your choice.
We reserve the right to change the quotation for fees or charges at any time based on notification to you by email or posting on this Website. Using or continuing to use the Services provided by Us after receiving such notification constitutes your acceptance of any new or modified charges or fees.

2. Passport, Government Issue ID, Visa & Insurance
It is the responsibility of all passengers, regardless of nationality and destination, to check with the consulate of the State/country they will visit for current entry requirements. We recommend that you verify the Entry Requirement, visa, and health requirements with the appropriate consulate before departure. We strongly recommend buying Comprehensive Travel Insurance before departure.
