Government collaborations
Built on ground. Scaled with systems.
Our work with government bodies is built through execution on the ground, not just planning. We’ve worked directly with district administrations and state institutions to develop regions, support training systems, and build setups that can function beyond a single project cycle. This means working in real conditions—terrain, people, logistics, and local systems—without relying on controlled environments.
We approach collaboration with a clear focus—make it work in reality. That means aligning with administrative systems while staying rooted in field conditions. Every project is designed to be practical, scalable, and sustainable over time, rather than short-term or symbolic. Our experience allows us to operate across both ends—working within government structures while delivering in terrain where conditions are unpredictable and often challenging.
Over the years, we’ve led and executed multiple initiatives alongside government bodies. This includes building small communities into self-sustaining adventure setups, contributing to what is now India’s first government-opened adventure destination, training tribal youth and taking them into technical mountain environments in alpine style, and organizing Central India’s first trail running event. Each of these has been done on the ground, with direct involvement in both planning and execution.
Why We’re Trusted
We bring a team that operates at an international level, with strong field experience across different terrains and conditions. Our understanding comes from actual work—climbing, exploring, training, and building systems on the ground, not from theory.
We understand global standards, but more importantly, how to adapt them to Indian conditions—terrain, access, people, and limitations. That balance is what makes the work functional, not just aspirational.
Alongside this, we are backed by a network of like-minded partners, sponsors, and individuals who contribute to making projects stronger and more sustainable over time. We don’t just design projects—we execute them end to end.

We have worked with

Collaboration
We work with institutions that are looking to develop something real and long-term. This can include building region-specific adventure ecosystems, setting up training and skill development programs, developing new areas for outdoor activities, or creating structured initiatives that connect local communities with larger opportunities.
We’re open to working with government bodies and institutions that are serious about building on the ground. Tourism, training, regional development, or beyond—if the intent is clear, we can build it.
